Refund & Cancellation Policy

There is nothing to subscribe to

Viewlo is free to use. We do not sell subscriptions, paid tiers or credit packs, so there is no recurring charge to cancel and no plan that can lapse. Every account receives a one-time grant of AI generation and scene hosting credits at no cost; when those run out, your existing tours stay live and keep working.

Voluntary contributions

Through our payment portal you may choose to contribute any amount towards Viewlo's running costs, or to settle an invoice for work agreed with us directly. Contributions are voluntary payments, not purchases: they do not buy credits, unlock features, or create any obligation on our part to provide a service.

Cancellation

Contributions are one-off payments. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel. You may stop using Viewlo at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and content by emailing contact@ansatzalgo.com.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a payment, we'll make it right:

• Duplicate, incorrect or failed charges: if you were charged twice for the same payment, charged an amount you did not intend, or charged where the payment did not complete, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full within 5 to 7 business days.
• Change of mind on a contribution: because contributions are voluntary and buy nothing, we will refund any contribution in full on request within 14 days of the payment, no questions asked.
• Invoiced work: payments settling an invoice for commissioned work are governed by whatever we agreed with you in writing for that engagement.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect.

How to request a refund

Email contact@ansatzalgo.com with the payment ID (visible in your Razorpay receipt email) and a short description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Free credits

AI generation and scene hosting credits are provided free of charge. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not purchasable. Deleting a scene returns its hosting credit to your account.
